Purr4me
no, you need to extract the Entire array for the pipboys male character from the bsa too. Idles require all for the object in question, in this case it's character, and it's the male character, so all circumstances that occur while in game need an idle for that so that means what ever uses a pipboy which include other characters as well means you need all the Idles. what you have there is a data directory, I'll make another shot for you.hang tight. Purr4me
http://s26.postimg.org/l09a43hc9/td4.jpg http://s26.postimg.org/argsy9tah/td5.jpg some of the crazy mods remove things they overwrote when they are UN-installed leaving you with zilch, Empty handed and broken game structure. the problem with overwriting game data. well that's now no longer an issue if you use the right tools. Mod Organizer made ByTannin42 is the cat's meow for this kind of thing. no data is ever deposited into the data folder, its' all kept desperate unless you r a programmer and know that some things need to be in that data directory in order for it to compile correctly. That's another long story.

Purr4me
oh my, hang on I'll plugin My steam book and see what happens, as long as your in the fallout3/data folder, when you extract multi files, it will make a mesh folder, and it will in fact overwrite insisting files and it won't even tell you that, windows 8 might?...... fallout 3, only difference between distributed and retail was the game engine version , other wise they are exact copies of each other. the patching bugs were the key factor to a messed up game.http://s26.postimg.org/dmtw54xah/td6.png Edited July 11, 2014 by Purr4me
smiity935
Ok i am at the part where you are so do i just extract them to that folder or do make a new one? Edited July 11, 2014 by smiity935
Purr4me
that is the correct format and location as far as I can tell........ I just realized you dealing with a 100% steam game, I thought this was fallout 3 and NOT NewVegas, that may use some parts of Fo3 but it's interface is not the same, the pipboy should be similar, how ever, the data? the only way I can be sure is to ras connect to the systems I was connecting to, editing, and fixing remotely. Those systems are all fixed and now have moved on. All I have here are mods I take app art and reassemble using tools and self made master files for injection inspections. Networking is expensive and I can't afford right now to use up my data allotments on the phones limits here. So, your going to have to eyeball your data car fully and be sure it's correct, the only thing that matters is that the one Dynamic file, the *.kf file has it's dependencies placed back into the game from the removal of the other mods. Hmmm, I can show a complete layout as to how I know what I know, a picture seems to carry a good thing for you. If you have the geck installed, you can probably duplicate what I did here to find the files responsible for the pipboy arm thing the characters use.
