Female Dremora npcs

I have Ahtata's Dremora replacer. I've been trying to turn all but the main quest characters into hot females. This works for some but for others I'm getting female heads on male bodies. Yuk!

 

I checked to make sure the proper meshes and textures are being used. The characters show up in cs with their proper female bodies. Only in game am I getting the mix up.

 

In obmm the esp is set to last.

 

Any ideas on what may be going on?
