Hey all!

I have fallout new vegas installed on XP and win 7 too with lot of mods, all was fine until lately i upgraded my video gard from an Nvidia geforce 240 GT to an Nvidia geforce 650 GTX, every game received the change smoothly except for Fallout NV.

I just lately tried to launch it up after a long break, and it looks like this now :

The textures are all wrong, plus the lighting, plus theres a huge drop in performance while playing. I checked and it is the case on both my XP and win 7.

-I have mods installed as i said, but i didnt install any new mod in years
-i have an ENB effect but even if i switch it off the messy graphics stay (btw it doesnt look like the enb is active at all for some reason)
-i used a registry fixer on both win 7 and xp before launching it up, cause it said i didnt have the game installed (which is BS).

Can anyone give me some ideas, tips what went wrong with my game ? I checked fallout 3 and that one's working fine.

Aaaand lastly i tried to remove the ENB but looks like i cant, even if i delete all of its files its still functioning there for some reason.

Please help, theres not much left for me to do until i can finish the game, i dont wanna continue it with prehistoric looking graphics and glitches

Oh and one more thing, somehow steam became involved and connects everytime i launch the game now (i didnt purchase it on steam tho)

And this is how it looked before :

FIXED!
I am not quite sure what was wrong but this is what ive done, if anybody is experiencing similar issues:

-Reinstalled the game to a different HDD
-updated NVSE to latest
-copied everything from the old installation to the new, except nvse and the ENB files.

That fixed it for me.
