Book page texture bugged or something...

All of the sudden, when I started playing today, all the books looked like this:

I've no idea what could be causing it, no mods I've put on or off since the last time I had played, and it's happened on all characters.

Now, this is really awful for me, because I love reading books in game, haven't read all and have mods that add books and stuff.

 

Any idea what could be causing this?

Also, one item's icon was similar at one point but after I had looted it and it was in my inventory, it's icon was normal again.

 

Yes, I've restarted my computer.
