Khet
http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Category:Package_Types Take a look at that link. Depending on the action it'll decide which type you need. UseItemAt will give you the choice of reading books, mixing potions, etc. Wander does what it says. Just read each one for a more detailed description. As a note, Ambush doesn't always mean attacking. It can be used to force a conversation onto the player. For example, the terrified bosmer in the Kvatch camp at the beginning of the game, the one who tells you "we're all going to die!" uses the Ambush package to walk up to the player and initiate conversation. The CS wiki as a whole is a great place for information. It can answer almost all questions you may have with the right search parameters.
David Brasher
Go to Object Window> NPC > *Your NPC* >AI keep this window open.Go to Main Window> Character> Package Drag and drop packages you like. Wandering is easy. For eating, NPCs need food. If you put -1 (minus one) of a food item in their inventory, they will never run out of food and won't wander off foraging or stealing. Drinking is a different AI package. Dancing looks really hard. You might have to copy from Sheogorath's court dancer (SE14Dancer1.) It looks like you might need to create a new quest and copy a script, then get the quest and script variables all connected to the AI package. Dancing looks like one of the hardest AI packages to use. I imagine the others will be easy for you. You may wish to create custom AI packages so that you can make the NPCs do your stuff WHEN and WHERE you want them to.
