Corruption and Conscience, unusual bug

Hello everybody :)

 

I'm having an unusual bug with the quest "Corruption and Conscience" in Cheydinhal.

Why I actually completed the quest successfully. (Garrus Darelliun's way if it helps).

 

The problem is with Garrus Darelliun, even after the quest is finished he greets me by saying "I've come from count Indarys and I have news for you". And after I finish my talk he will say: "We finally got him, there will be no excuses this time, Ulrich is mine".

I don't use any crappy mods, only well-known mods adjusted by BOSS.

Any help is appreciated to get Garrus Darelliun to his normal state.
