MiNalien
Okay, I dont know why, but for some reason, Oblivion seems to randomly choose when to enable EAX systems when playing the game. This is a problem for me because when EAX is on my computer, it completely vulks up sound. If there's ANY way to fix this problem, I need to know, because it takes forever for Oblivion to stop using EAX after EAX comes on -_-

MiNalien
I doubt that would work, and I've already got a temporary fix method, I need something that's going to last... Dammit Bethesda -_-;
unusgaia
dont blame bethesda just yet now. you didnt list system specs. give us details so we can help you. i have an xfi and it works fine, and for the majority of audigy users (75%+) it works fine too. i bet u just have ur drivers all junked up. uninstall ur sound card, use driver cleaner, reboot into safe (f8), install latest drivers, reboot. problem solved. use driverheaven.net for driver cleaner and their forums under sound cards for the best drivers for u. if all else fails reinstall xp. that always works. ps. robot chicken ftw
