MAurelius
Hello, I have a problems with my Fallout 3: GOTY edition in that no weapons auto-fire when I hold the LMB down. I thought maybe I just had to press the mouse button repeatedly to simulate automatic, but then I tried the minigun. If I hold the LMB, the gun will spin and begin to charge, then stop without firing once. Pressing the LMB repeatedly won't work. In VATS the guns fire automatic just fine. I have the mods: FOMM, FOSE, ArchiveInvalidated, Fellout, DimonizedV3, Sharing and Caring Companions, and 187Gurlz. All NPC's fire auto without any problem. I know 187Gurlz adds a bunch of new guns, maybe that is what did it? I don't have the GECK but I would guess there is a datafile that sets guns rate of fire as I know there are mods to make non-auto guns fire on auto. I did many google searches on many word combinations and nothing at all came up. I would expect someone else would have this problem since all the mods I use seem to be popular, but I can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! IMPORTANT EDIT: Ok things just got weirder. I mapped a keyboard key for "attack" and when I hold that key down the auto fire works perfectly well. It only doesn't work when I hold down mouse button. However, I have STALKER and other games installed right now where holding down the LMB produces the correct (automatic firing in STALKER for example, which is similar in design to F3). Anthraxboy501
It seems to be a problem with the Sharing and Caring Companions. It removes the ability to hold in LMB, and not many people notice it as they usually use guns such as Lincoln's Repeater and the Combat Shotgun, which are single-shot. I do not have a fix for this, but it is a problem across a fair few users.
tomga1
When SCC initialises it asks to set a "give order" key. Many users by instinct immediately click and set RMB as the action key. Re-initialise SCC and set it as ' or some s#*!.
