Mod download issue

I've been downloading mods, and I have run into a slight problem with one of them...

 

The Oblivion mod titled: Shack and Quest, uploaded by Chapel16; Uploaded 06:04, 19 December 2006, and last updated 09:53, 15 July 2009 gives me an error, which I have posted below (as well as a link to the actual mod download):

 

"File temporarily unavailable

This file has only recently been uploaded to the site. The file server normally takes between 30 - 60 minutes to update with new files so please try downloading this file again after an hour has passed."

Now, from the update date I can see that this is not a recent file, as the error is stating, so what gives here exactly, what am I doing wrong, and how do I gain this download.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have renamed the file, it is now available. There was a naming convention change and the file name had a disallowed character and would not process through the system. changing the + to "and" fixes the problem.

 

Side note the use of profanity in a file thread will not be tolerated on this family of sites. This is the only warning that you will receive, continue down this path and your time here will come to an abrupt and permanent end.
