Custom Armor Mod Aid

I have created a custom armor set with it's own look and I had intended to create custom stats and descriptions for them as well. I've followed these guides to the best of my ability, but I have run into a snag. weriKK's tutorial Krayzie_3334's tutorial

 

I'm down to the part where I'm supposed to: "Open the ToolSet up, and go to your Armor location open it, and from the Item Variation your Custom armor should be selectable." I have already ensured that I am on the correct sex/race/origin for the model. I have also placed all the files that krayzie listed in the corresponding locations. So I am at a loss.

 

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who would be willing to do this for me if I provide the item stats, description, and model/texture files. I have no problem sharing credit for the work. If this is not something anyone is willing to do, I would like it if someone might provide an insight as to why I am unable to select my custom armor in the Item Variation drop-menu.

Edit: I have solved this issue, however, I am having a little difficulty with scripting the item so it will show up in Bodahn Feddic's Store. Any helpful links or advice would be much appreciated.
