I have 95% resistance all the time, and only get 1 a second, but its everywhere, rivet city, megaton, vault 101 and anywhere inbetween. Number 2. EVERYTHING IS SPLIT IN 2. Using the "pipboy upgrade" mod from "more perks" i managed to get my pipboy to "overload" This caused EVERYTHING (including opening pip boy and vats) to go into slow mo, and split my screen in two. After about 30 seconds the slow mo went away, and the split screens remained. Purr4me Posted July 14, 2014 Share Posted July 14, 2014 possible a monitor verses graphics screen drivers are not compatible with the code from the mod. Archive invalidated normally fixes this sort of thing but in this case, your bug is horizontal.....which points to the monitor (Mhz) settings. that looks like it's not using the correct windows settings for the game. How you managed to get that? I can only imagine the VGA cable type and input used from the PC to the device used as a monitor. it is a TV set? Purr4me Posted July 14, 2014 Share Posted July 14, 2014 The only other thing I can think of is the combination of all the mods are creating a developed game Mysterious, like addiction or drug related attribute, drunken player, knocked out on drugs, a fx effect deliberately being generated. Some mod authors know how to create this effect on purpose too. a chem reaction? something ? if the game did not do this prior to installing the last set of mods as you have indicated here? then it's game generated due to the mods sequecens and should go away as time goes on. hit the keys (T) and wait 3 days.
