Fallout New Vegas 4gb Patch (NVSE) Help

A couple months ago before I took a hiatus from New Vegas I had been playing with TTW with NVSE and NV4GB. About a week ago I felt like playing again and to my surprise, I was faced with a crash whenever I launched the NV4GB shortcut. I have not changed anything related to this game since I last played it, and can't seem to find much information on my problem.

When launching the shortcut, it will do the usual green bar loading, finish it, and come up with this message: http://i.imgur.com/wXgi5fL.png

I'm using no parameters in the command line for fnv4gb, however it worked fine without them before.

I also have no reason to believe it's my load order as I'm using only Project Nevada + Tale of Two Wastelands in the recommended order. This crash occurs even when using a clean install of New Vegas.

I also get this same error when attempting to load my game using nvse_loader.exe, however launching my game through Steam still allows me to use NVSE. (I get version 4 installed when using the command GetNVSEVersion ingame).

This is the NVSE error: http://i.imgur.com/4AbMoYY.png

This leads me to believe that the error lies somewhere in using the exes to start the game rather than Steam.

Any help would be appreciated!
