DarkeWolf
question. are you patched up to 1.03? that patch has been known to cause issues with chargen, and with mods.if so, you'll have to uninstall your game to get rid of it. you can download and install the patches manually up to 1.02. I believe that fileplanet.com has the patches that you can download from there by doing a search on their site for dragon age. If not, google/yahoo/bing is your friend ;-)

I am at a loss!
DarkeWolf
yeah, you got the path error, because that's not where they are supposed to be installed.another question, are you running the STEAM download version of the game which automatically updates itself? How about a list of the mods that you've got installed, so we know what we're dealing with.

I uninstalled and reinstalled again. the only program that installed did so with the game daupdater..it was a mor file for a personal castle and it showed up in the game.all other attemps to drag dzip files to the games daupdater don't work! the damodder installes the files to the c/documents and settings/name/my documents/bioware/da/packages/core/override.do all files show up in the game installed content ? DarkeWolf
I have actually truthfully not ever seen the installed content screen. Oddly enough, I don't even know how to find it. I've used daModder from the very get-go. I just know whether the mods, or their effects, show up in game.
