Can't progress onto Bannorn, wtf?

Mmkay, a heads up.

I've watched my friends plenty, but I myself am new to actually playing Dragon Age.

...so excuse me if this is some ridiculously nooby mistake on my part.

Anyhow,

 

My Problem:

My game's glitchin' out.

I'm pretty certain I'm finished in Ferelden, and yet the game won't let me move onto Bannorn. WHY!?

I've been trying to figure it out for a good hour and a half now, and still I'm drawing a blank.

I tried leaving before, but whenever I clicked to go ahead, I just sat there.

Like I hit a wall or something.

However, it dawned on me 'OH SHI- I forgot to get Leliana!' so I thought obviously, that was the problem.

WRONG. I've finished everything I can possibly think of doing, got Sten and Leliana, Saved the dwarves. and still, I just sit against an invisible wall.

It's royally pissing me off.

 

Anyone else encounter this?

Or tell me what mistake I'm making?

not fully understanding your situation here, because some of your terms are confusing.

You say you have finished in ferelden. and are wanting to move on to the bannorn. the bannorn is part of ferelden. ferelden is the entire country that you're in, not just a part of it.

So..... do you mean that you are trying to move on to Awakening and can't, or that you can't leave Lothering?

 

 

If its just a matter of not being able to leave Lothering, did you rescue Bodahn? Do you have Personal Annoyance Remover mod installed? (That one can cause an issue like this with the "yes/no" screen. and youd need to uninstall that mod. Notice I said uninstall, not deactivate).
