Phoenixjinchuriki Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 When i start NVSE it doesnt give me the start menu it goes through all the crap the when it would usually go to start menu it gives me a picture of an ncr ranger from a side view flashing his gun like the picture for the options/data files etc, wont give me the real start menu just an infinite picture, anyone know why this happens?
