(req) Blackwood Building Conversion

This thread may already be elsewhere if so alert me and I'll redirect browsers to there., I searched and could find it.

 

I have a request for all you building modders out there.,.,

 

When you complete the FIGHTERS GUILD QUEST LINE the Blackwood Company Building is left empty.

 

This is a real shame., It is a lovely living space which with a few homely touches like getting rid of the dead bodies...clearing out the hist basement... plus a few tweaks in the decor would provide a really nice sized living quarters to surpass Rosethorn Hall.

It would be good to have some NPC's but not essential., The servant at Rosethorn is lets face it pretty annoying. I could always bring in a companion or two if i get lonely. I would happily see my character pay top septim for the building or complete a quest (but free is also good)

 

It would need some more storage and display but I could always use other mods to purchase cases and mannequins., Its chest that are missing (empty please)., The doors to the internal rooms would also need to be unlocked., I could probably work through the TES to redecorate the place but I don't know enough about scripting to effect the change of ownership.,The training basement looks ripe for expansion and fun. that mini arena. Think of the possible fun there.

 

Anyone fancy taking on the challenge.,

 

or giving a newbie a step by step HOW TO DO IT GUIDE.

 

It is one of the best buildings in the game has a decent location but is going to waste.
