Vampire face remains disfigured despite replacing textures

exactly as the title says. The disfigurement only happened after my char turned into a vampire. I tried replacing the femaleheadvampire texture files with a vanilla texture to no avail.

 

I am using ECE, Ygnord race, and yes, I have replaced the ones inside the Ygnord folder and, just to be safe, pasted the new texture files into every single texture folder that I could see XD

 

Still the same problem.

Now, you might distracted by...other things =P but the disfigurement I'm talking are the grey markings on the face.
