CTD when leaving Sunderstone Gorge (or entering surrounding area)

So I have been playing skyrim with quite a few mods which I know can cause instability. But it has been working great apart from the very few CTD's I have been getting but nothing serious until today, I accepted a radiant quest from Skjor which instructed me to retrieve a Steel axe from Sunderstone Gorge. So I walked all the way to there and it was all nice and dandy and I cleared out the cave and retrieved the axe. When I tried to leave the cave however the game crashed which can happen but the problem is that I just can't leave the cave anymore, it isn't a one-time CTD, every time I try to leave the cave the game crashes. I tried solving it by COC'ing my way out which worked but whenever I get in the proximity of Sunderstone Gorge the game crashes. I would be grateful if someone can figure out what's wrong all the sudden because all my attempts to fix it have been futile so far.

I've been having a related issue with Sunderstone cave as well. Idk if it's a mod thing but I keep ctd when i try to fight or move around in there. It really sucks. If somebody has answers, help. :sad:

Exactly the same issue. Happens after I enter the part where the ground is covered in oil. Happens every time. No idea how to fix it.
