i put the mods in my data folder, they appear in the list and i check the ones i want and then i enter the game on a save right after the tutorial, the game starts normally without mods...

First of all, type properly. It took me a minute to even realize what you were talking about. You can take as long as you like to read over your post and title before actually posting it.

As for your problem, do you use Windows Vista? If so, UAC is preventing the game from accessing the Data folder because it's under Program Files. Go into the Control Panel and disable User Access Control. Or maybe it's Account. One of those.

Or reinstall the game to a location outside of your Program Files directory.

You might be on an incorrect version. Bethesda's site has the proper upgrade under their Oblivion Downloads section. Also, you don't need any DLC. It's not that much of a rip off.

I have no clue what you are asking. Try again, this time slow down a little and re-read before posting to see if it makes any sense. This is a forum, not an IM board. Speed is not important. It could take several hours to get a good response anyway.

Give a few details, specifically, what mods? Some mods have different prerequisites than others.

Generic advice:

Get and use OBMM

Install OBSE and the latest patch (if you don't already have it)

Don't make the noob mistake of installing a bunch of mods all at once. You will speed much more time cleaning up the mess than you expect to save.

Install ONE mod. test to make sure it works before trying another.

Start with a simple mod - if you dive in with something like FCOM, or Deadly Reflex, be prepared for a lot of grief :wallbash: before it works.

There is lots of help here, but we have to understand your question to answer it.
