Will Not Unpack Bsa

questions these bsa files ok you have to use the tes4 unpacker right

well i am pretty sure that is working correctly but it tells me that it can not unpack the files

 

i have been and used every tutorial i could find on it and reloaded the tes4 twice still nothing

 

but it is there and my Cmd lines seem to be good my problem is the the files

 

what do i need to do with the bsa files before unpacking ????

 

they are already in my data file and not zipped or rar so i am thinking i cant really extract them but i have tried and it winrar says no achives to be found

 

i know that i am messing up some where just cant seem to find out where

 

i am not very high speed with cpu surprise but you guys pretty much make it " paint by numbers "

 

so if one of you guys could take a minute and give me a rope so i may pull my head out of my ......ignorance i would be most pleased
