Missing sections of walls inside Dimhollow Crypt

Edit: Fixed it after digging in the creation kit and loading all my mods in tes5edit and finding the problem. I was missing some files for SMIM. Either the NMM failed to install them or I missed the options that had the meshes. Just did a complete manual re-install of it (and the update) and the problem is fixed.

 

So playing through the Dawnguard quest line again, and when I got inside of Dimhollow Crypt I noticed something wasn't quite right. Sections of the walls have disappeared. I quit the game and loaded an earlier save before entering it and still had this same issue. I use loot to sort my mods and my skse is up to date.

Apologies for the thread necromancy, but I have the exact same problem. By any chance are you also missing areas in Greywater Grotto? If so, I think it's a bug in the latest SMIM.
