Purr4me
FNVedit=Xedit which is to say .xEdit is tes5Edit used across mutable games when the name is changed.AKA = FO3Edit......FNVEdit....and so on. how can you not know this? please read the main description pages of the tools you have and use. If I give instructions to you. your expected to know the meaning of the terms used, other wise, you can make or damage your games plugins. that would place me in a bad position for your mistakes. secondly, the mods / DLC is not what you need to be concerned with. what you need is the default coder loading last to over ride what ever "present" mistakes are in play causing this bug you have. That means Either I teach you how to use xEdit or I make you a test patch....which now I believe would be a waste of time. None the less, the word is Vault22. you need to know how to make your own patch By hand using fmvedit for testing purposes only with the load you have. load all mods in fnvedit ,in the Editor ID box, type " Vault22 " no quotes. click in falloutNV.esm so it's highlighted, hit the enter key.first line on the left pane it will stop on a group. right click that group and select Copy as override into.... and there will be an open ended New file box at the bottom of the pile. check that box and name it to what ever name you will remember, this will be your patch tool this is not something you upload as it will be strictly applied to your game.when it does this mouse over the box Editor ID and click it to change the editors focus back to that search function and hit the Enter key again. each time it lands on data, or a group, you repeat the copy as override process until it leaves falloutNV.esm code. once it lands inside another mod, you must stop, save the file and close down FNvEdit and reopen and repeat only the search functions to verify you have copied every aspect of data involving the strings to "vault22" into your patch. Pay attention to the lines in the taskbar's windows at the top that indicates where you are at. The Enter key here will in fact act as a dos key but will stop if you click on other things. so you must maintain focus of the program by clicking in the Editor ID's box each time. once verified, to check it and load it last. run the game. if you now do not crash in the process of entering vault22...you now have learned how to make a patch manually by hand. now you can repeat this for the DLC content and test this process on your own. But, that police station CTDing on you means something else is wrong. find any box out side either Environment and deposit all items in inventory into it, Guns armor clutter scrap, anything at all, even books, food, drink every thing not nailed down. attempt to enter the building . your looking for ghosts things you can not possible see in a tool used for logarithmic order in a Chaotic game. you will not find it. you can't see things that take place in ram, ........an animated mesh is a static item...when your game processes it, things in game take place, but in the editor , it's just a file name hidden in the groups of data for the games engine to run. you can not see what it does in this tool. Ghosts------lot's of ghosts....in there.kitty.
