Enemies retreating

Ok, so I have been encountering this bug for a while now.

 

I am using Deadly Reflex 5.0 mod, sometime after a number of sneak-charge monsters, some certain enemies or monster will *avoid* me, as in not getting close to me nor attacking me, they will attack if I get close enough and corner them and hit them with melee weapons.

 

Save and reload seems to clear of the problem, until next time I get it.

 

Now I don't know if it's because of Deadly Reflex, but so far that's the only mod I can think of that might have the problem.

 

*Note: Happens always in Oblivion planes and will carry on to the mortal plane.

Are you using Reneer's Guard Overhaul?

 

I've had numerous problems with enemy AI while using that mod. It got to the point where I had to stop playing thief characters because the combat was ruined and refuse to put up with the crappy vanilla crime system.

 

I've had arena combatants run away from me, and I've had enemies just stand in one place jerking like they want to attack, but being called away from it by buggy scripts from that otherwise wonderful mod.

Fortunately I didn't use it.

 

I think the problem was Deadly Reflex, I managed to produce the bug again, it was because of the sneak eh... "glitch"?

 

It happened when I was sneaking behind an enemy but was detected by another, so instead of a sneak charge I shield bashed instead, making that enemy (who was unaware of me) notice me, now normally it/he/she would attack, but they didn't. and some how that bug carried around for all character of that type (sometimes even further).

 

It's a bug that Skycaptain might want to test out I think, someone give him a nudge about this? xD
