Mini Hideout - Katanas problem

Well i installed the mod and put its .esp at the end of FOMM, the game gives me the key at mail box nearby but problem is that where there should be a hatch(according to the screen shots) at my game is don't see it, just a plain metal floor and i do see an option of "Hatch (E to use)" but when i press E it says "this should be accessed from elsewhere".

I'm using version 13.

there's a yellow switch box over by the car. You activate that and the big double doors open. then you see the hatch.
