overlord118 Posted July 19, 2014 Share Posted July 19, 2014 I have the LE edition on the PC w/ all the latest patches, but I can't enjoy the benefit from skill books. I know the book is new b/c I'm using the mod 'unread books glow.' The book glows reddish/orange, so I've not read it. Not important the book's location, but more about not gaining the skill! gamefever Posted July 19, 2014 Share Posted July 19, 2014 Vanilla game wont let you learn a skill when your under a magic effect that damages it, at least with skill trainers I know this happens.
