Author's Note: I have been playing Fallout 3 since the day it was released and, like many of you, I still enjoy it. However, as we all have seen the Loading-screens where about when the US annexed Canada, the Liberation of Anchorage from the Chinese and the disbanding of the UN. Now, as I was actually curious on what the articles wrote about, I suddenly got an idea to write an little article myself. This time is about the Soviet Union and as far as I know, there's is nothing much to know or read about since during and after the Great War. Who knows, maybe they had a little crisis of their own? :turned: In either way, I hope you'll enjoy reading this!

The Future of the Soviet Union - Uncertain?

By Stephen Jackson

Senior Capital Post Staff Writer

Almost a full month has past since the liberation of the Alaskan city of Anchorage, where the brave American Army forces launched the mighty offensive force against the Chinese Communist marauders. Since then, Chairman Cheng stated that the People’s Country is still at war but against the rising poverty and crime, the country now faces. In an act of desperation, the Chinese Communist Army has spread its armies north; towards beyond the boarders to the Soviet Union while Chairman Cheng himself rejects its troop’s advancements. In a steady reply, the Comrade Sokolov has dispatched a full force to the invaded cities, promising that their motherland will not fall into the hands of the Chinese.

Meanwhile a civil tension has already sparked at the streets of the Red Square in Moscow since only a couple of days back. This including the shortage of food and resources as the country gave a majority in support to maintain the troop effort against the recent uprisings of the nearby countries under Soviet control. It has said that it was the sabotage in New Stalingrad’s water pipeline that finally violently shook the Council of the People’s Commissars and begun to dispatched a heavy KGB force to the ever-rising civil uproar.

“If this foolish rebellion does not end, I will eat my own hat and vow myself to become the next President!” The Head of the KGB, Ivan Fedorshev stated before the press.

In an angry reply from the mass outside, a boot struck him down in the middle of the gathering press. He was reported to say something foul in reply but the sources for this information is inaccurate.
