Dune04
Falkor? I didn't realize until I saw the pictures. The guy it's called "Fuchur" in the original German. You know, like the sound of something passing by very, very quickly. The Spanish translation used "Fújur", which sounds closer to the German original. How can that become 'falkor'...? Nevermind... the guy is based on asian dragons, so it would move like them: Like a spider 'swimming' on the air.No, no like he flies on the movies, that movie utterly destroyed the book... If you really like the movie, don't read the book. The book is waaay better, and the movie will look like... well... very bad compared to it. Unfortunately, there are no vanilla snakes to use as a start. The slaughterfish would be the closest start, if a base is needed to start.I've been searching for snake mods, but I found nothing. There are plenty of youtube mods to use as reference, though. And if you watch "Spirited Away", there's a perfect example of a flying asian dragon there (Haku/Nigihayami Kohaku Nushi )... here is an example:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_044-zd3TICome, one, have a look! That's more like what Michael Ende describes on his book. Just checked and found that in the English version of the book, his name is indeed Falkor, also. Not 100% sure, but it may have been because it was easier to pronounce in the English language. Finally found a picture with all of him in it (hope it shows up properly).http://koam.free.fr/80/films/histoire_sans_fin/vlcsnap-3065549.jpg Plus it shows him with eyes closed, which may help with blinking eye animations. (Sorry for the small pic size. It was the best I could find.)
