Questions You Always Wanted To Ask...

Which imposes the question: between the two of them, who do you really think is telling the truth (or the 'more truthful' version)? I'll put it another way: 1) who do you think killed the guard when they robbed the tax shipment? 2) how do you think the Bruma City Guard was able to nab Jorundr— chance or betrayal?

1. hm... I think it was Jorundr... If arnora had been able to kill the guard, then why was that guy (wasnt he a guard from the prison?) able to kill her?

2. I think it must have been betrayal. It was apparent that they hated eachother... idk i just think it sounds better if she betrayed him...

I have a new one, its basically about the same thing... Remember, I did this quest soooooo long ago that I might not remember:

I just looked up pictures on google and it kinda confirmed my memory:

Wasn't Arnora wearing a blue amulet, but the one she gives u from the drawer is red? I found that a little confusing...

It seems to me that I've only seen one other amulet like that one. Doesn't it look like the Amulet of Kings?

If those are the only 2... or 3 i guess, it seems all amulets like that are passed down in families... I like Arnora's blue one more.

@ poda05: Doesn't it seem strange that the amulet is named 'Arnora's True Amulet'? There are two amuleta  The blue one is 'Arnora's Amulet'. If you choose Jorundr's way and kill her, you can get both. Take the one from her body, and take the key to unlock the chest to get the second. Jorundr comments on having two amulets if you bring him both.

I remember that about the "true amulet"... I can't remember their comments on anything about the amulets or anything... I chose not to kill her... not that it made much difference.

I wish more of those amulets looked like that.

;D

New question i guess:

Potions- Is it the bottles that are green and pink or are the potions actually that color...

Oh wait i just realized i have an answer to my own question... I guess its the bottles are that color- hasn't anyone ever found an empty bottle? (i can remember where)

Where does the character get his/her potion bottles? And why do poisons automatically have green bottles and others such as health always have pink bottles?

There is a special hidden latch on the bottom of all mortars that opens into a realm of Oblivion overflowing with potion bottles so that whenever you open this little door, a bottle falls right out into your hand ready for you to use.

See? There's an answer to everything.

When M.C. gets the Amulet of Kings, why is he able to wear it? Whenever your character tries to wear it, it slips off, but when you see him, he's wearing it.

(Maybe he's really not wearing it, perhaps he is Arnora's reletive and he's borrowing her "true amulet" which looks just like the amulet of kings and he's just pretending to wear it! jk jk) :P

There has been discussions on the official forums about that one. Some people say he is somehow family of the Septim's, but I don't think that's true.

A fake amulet?

An illusion?

Mankar's was able to fool the amulet with his magic powers?

Or was it just a major oversight on Bethesda's side?

Why is some kind of extravagant outfit cost only like 14 gold when a simple weapon like a steel dagger is worth more that it? (I can't remember the exact prices so correct me if I'm wrong about which weapon or the prices)

If the lower class people in town can afford those weapons, why can't they afford better clothes?

And how can they afford those houses worth 1000-3000 gold, but don't have any money for better clothes?

Houses are big investments. They save up all their money just to buy it. They take out loans, etc. However, the thing about the weapons is strange. If they can afford those expensive weapons, why not better clothes?
