what mod is causing some NPC's to stay at there houses and forbidding them from leaving to do there jobs outside?

like carlotta valentia in whiterun is always at her house and never leaving to go to her shop to sell food

 

or Adrianne Avenicci which now she stays at her house instead of working on crefting weapons, there a bunch more NPC's with this problem

 

they never leave i passed every hour and they always stay at there homes it makes the GAME a bit hard cause i cant buy or sell stuff from them

 

so what do i do? what mod is causing this problem

 

i did the boss load order thing id didnt help and i uninstalled open-cities and waiting 48 hours outside of the city and it didnt help so what can i do to fix this?

Can you post your entire load order? It's hard to say what might be causing it without seeing what mods you have installed.

Wow that's a hell of a lot of mods. I don't recognize a lot of these. The number of.. sex related mods brings up a thought. Are all of the NPCs experiencing this bug female? If they are, that could narrow it down to something that modifies only female NPCs.

 

The only mod out of these I know for sure could make some NPCs stay inside is Wet and Cold, but that shouldn't affect NPCs with jobs unless you've changed the settings, and even then only when storming. You might check the MCM menu for it and see if it has "Ignore working NPCs" checked or not, just to be sure.

 

Other than that, I'm not sure I'm the guy to help you. I don't know anything about the majority of these mods. :confused:

I considered that, mixed with something incompatible, but it seems unlikely that it would only affect certain npcs in this way, only making some NPCs stay inside. And When Vampires Attack, Run For Your Lives, and Wet and Cold NPC behavior are all perfectly compatible and cause similar reactions to different events.
