SirPan
I bought Fallout New Vegas (the standalone version without the dlc) a few months ago. I've played the game for around 73 hours (with mods). Today, i really wanted to buy the Ultimate Edition, so i could have all the dlc's (the ultimate edition was cheaper than buying all the dlc's separately). I did this, and after i purchased it, it started to download around 2.1G. After this was done, i tried to start the game, but it froze in the start up loading screen (where it shows the Bethesda logo). I uninstalled all my mods but when i tried to load it again, it froze similar to the first time. I tried restarting steam, and have re-downloaded the game 2 times now. I've also tried to run the game in administrator mode and deleting the fallout.ini file. Currently i have the game downloading, no mods installed and all DLC. I would love to be able to play the game again, and ill appreciate any support i get.Ask me if you need any more details. Thanks!
SirPan
Don't worry everyone! I solved this myself. All i did was re-download Fallout and delete all my previous saves. Hopefully this works to anyone who has the same problem. (copy the save files instead of deleting them, just in case)
