DLC Quests Not Loading Upon Starting New Game

I purchased the FNV Ultimate Edition with all the DLC packs from the Steam Summer Sale.

 

I have added various mods, and the game works fine, in my load order the DLC.esm are all selected. I've also created a merge patch and have installed FNV4GB and NVSE. My load order has been sorted with LOOT with no errors.

 

I'm now upto level 6 playing the main quest line, and i have seen no notifications for the DLC quests, my load order is below.

Thanks, just unlocked the OWB's quest. On another note, i've noticed that after an hour of playing the game freezes for a couple of seconds whenever i open a container or participate in a trade

 

My computer specs are good as i just upgraded my PC. (8GB RAM, i5 3.4Ghz with 1tbHDD and running Win764bit.
