Headphone amplifier?

Does anyone of a good make of a Headphone Amp, I'm trying to output a PSP to a stereo, the one thing the psp lacks is volume.

 

I know there is a such a thing out there, something like this link.

trying to find one locally is nearly impossible :(

 

even with a good pair of headphone the volume is lacking, needs more preamp.

You should be able to feed your PSP line out (speaker output) into any stereo amp line in - there are adapters for that, check Radio Shack (or local equivalent) . Then plug your headphones into the amp headphone jack and select line in as your audio source on the amp. If you do not have an amp available, get a cheap one.

I've tried that, i have that cable. Its the loudness is the problem, it was not designed to output to a stereo, that's when the headphone amp comes along. It sounds to quite without one.

 

Believe me i tried every trick in the book, but this solution would be the best one, it also gives benefits of a portable amp :thumbsup:

 

Anyways I'll keep an eye out for one.
