making more or less npcs/ghouls spawn

Ive been asking this around alot,

 

I have a problem with a very fun mod called" A crowded wasteland"

 

The thing is that it spawns to much npcs throughout the wasteland and my pc starts lagging.

 

I got some understanding with GECK and FO3Edit.

 

If anyone knows how to change the npc count, I would gladly give kuddos

 

PS:

 

I would also be glad if the information bout this would be shared about "A Zombie apocalypse" or "MTC travellers"
