creating a working head mesh, verry different from a default one

i am making a somewhat of a hybrid human/ nightstalker race thing and i guess i had no idea what i was getting into whan i made this headmesh http://www.mediafire.com/download/at6sv64qcea8gpb/DayStalkerHead.nif

do you need texture files too? oh well, here they are:

now apperently i need a .tri .egm and an egt?

 

i am not entirely sure what any of those specificaly are or how to create them, all i know is that they are for morphing the shape when you are in the showracemenu...

 

i personally dont even need thease features for this head seince it is far from human, i just need the head to show up in game as is...

 

the neck does show up in the geck though, im assuming its because i only edited the human neck and it already has files or somthing already...? the head itsself whitch is simply pulled directly from the nightstalker.nif and rescaled...

 

what im wondering basically is could someone tell me exactly how to create thease files for my nonhuman mesh in words a new modder like me can understand :P or maby

 

(and yes, i am really going to resort to this, yea sorry, but if someone wanted to be generous and make thease files for me, i would be just as happy, seince chances are, im pobably not going to make another custom race). :P
