LOOT is sorting my plugins in the wrong order

Last week, I switched from BOSS to LOOT, but I have a lot of problems with it.

 

First off, the report view window refuses to appear. I have looked this up and found out that in the next version this hopefully gets fixed. So there's nothing I can do about that.

 

However, now it's also sorting my mods in the wrong order. For Instance, it tries to sort RSkyrimchildren.esm before all DLCs and unofficial patches. Even if I make an exception rule for it to sort it at least after the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch, it just refuses to sort anything. Something must be really wrong...

Neither sorting version is perfect and I have to tweak the final load order with both BOSS and LOOT.

 

But, I can tweak the load order with both BOSS and LOOT. If you can't get LOOT to sort with user metadata changes, I would first ensure it is running with Administrator privileges. If you use Mod Organizer, I would make sure it is setup correctly in that program and run on the correct MO profile.

 

LOOT is not in it's final form and BOSS is an alternative, but I would certainly let the LOOT team know it is sorting something wrong and that you can't set user metadata successfully. LOOT is a project for the community and we need to help them make it as useful and user friendly as possible.
