rivnat
I'VE FIXED IT!!!1 Yeahhhhhhh!! My TCP/IP protocol was with a Bug... I was searching about my modem and then i've found a Microsoft TCP/IP Fixer.. And here it is... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357 Then i've rebooted the pc and now it's working... But still the speed is with 70kbps only... Not the normal 100kbps... But it's better than 10kbps xD Thank you all ;D
Vagrant0
Torrent downloads are normal...Use less torrents. Most ISPs start to throttle your connection if you use p2p (streaming sites) services too often simply because such services are not as easily limited for bandwidth and can often overload their system.
