massive mount mod

I wondered if anyone would want to help me with making a huge mount mod. new creatures etc.

I cannot skin, model or mod in anyway shape or form, but i could help with design and ideas. I love oblivion but i really do think its lacking in the "mount" area. plus i love riding around the forests in oblivion, just it can get boring using horses and bears etc. even if we could armor up a few creatures, would be cool.
