Errors and Incomplete Downloads

I recently purchased a premium subscription for Nexus cause I've been using your services for a long time, but for some reason the servers aren't very stable. If you are going to advertise that paying members get priority to downloads than you need to also make sure it's happening. Several downloads aren't even completing and when they do their downloading at 400kbps which is the same as non-subscribed customers.

You're still getting priority though. Servers which cannot be used by regular members, the lack of restrictions and caps in place for them but not for you, etc. etc.

If it's of any worth to the topic, even staff is having the same issues as you are currently. Not sure it's helping much telling that though.
