Texture Problems

I am having some problems with missing textures do to mod conflicts I guess, I have no clue why this is happening. When I go into an area where there is a giant (!) on items that are missing, first my quick saves and auto saves are deleted, then I cant bring up the esc menu and I have to ctrl-alt-delete out of the game, if I keep on playing it my wepons lose their sound and eventually everything does except the background music then it crashes. What is doing this or why?
