Need help with TTW/My load order.

So Fallout NV stops responding during start-up for me. The load order looks fine but LOOT tells me to check the TTW load order regardless of the of the order. Is there something I am missing? http://gyazo.com/a5335cabc9c3518f7080a45d0368031a <- My load order. I am also using the 4GB launcher if that's an issue.

Your TTW load order is correct, LOOT just says that as a formality I guess. You should disable TTW_StartupMenu since it is outdated and will break your game if you use it to start in Goodsprings. It sounds like you're missing a master, are you sure your .esp's have all their masters loaded?

Yeah all the masters are loaded but the reason I have the start-up menu is because for some reason I start in doc Mitchell's house instead of the vault. Also the 4GB launcher isn't the issue because the problem is the same even if I launch the game with NVSE or Steam. The odd thing is I had the game working fine yesterday with the same mods but it stopped working after I tried add a new mod. I unistalled the recently added mod but it still won't work even after a fresh install of New Vegas.

If you're starting in Doc Mitchell's place with TTW then you'll need to reinstall the mod. It makes a change to the .ini when it installs that changes your start location to Vault 101, so if you do anything that resets your .ini (starting through launcher) it will change your start back to Goodsprings, which will make the mod not work right.

What was the new mod you added? You might try running FNVEdit and see if it finds an error and aborts while loading your mods.

I just made a new TTW fomod and tried installing it without any optional files or mods but still the same issue. Even with a bad load order iv never had FNV stop responding during the intro logos it would normally just crash.
