myownflag
Ok, so I can barely use geck so no doubt this will most likely seem to be a stupid question, but here goes.I am trying to get my character to wear multiple pieces of armor that are assigned to the "upper body" slot which of course you cant do as they replace each other. So to try get around this I switched the additional 2 pieces of armor I wanted to wear from "upper boddy" to "bodyaddon1", "necklace" or whatever. And while this does allow me to wear 3 pieces of armor at once it causes some texture and clipping issues. And I dont mean that the clipping is between the seperate pieces of armor, its that pieces that previously fit when worn alone start to clip into the charaters body when worn in conjunction with other pieces. So I guess what im really asking is if theres a way to allow your character to wear 3 "upper body" items at the same time.
Quetzlsacatanango
Usually armors that use upperbody slot contain all of the skin as well, so when you wear multiple, what you're seeing is all of the skin clipping on top of each other. For the files you have changed to body slot x, open them in nifskope and 'remove branch' on the nitristrip/shape that shows skin, and save. myownflag
Already tried that but thanks for the help anyway.I found out what was causing the clipping. It was that one the pieces of armor I was wanting to use was for the "Alice" body and the other two were for Type3BaseHD body.
