I'm sure this has already been discussed here and I'm sorry if I have to make anyone repeat themselves however I've already thought of every possible thing and have done what people have recommended in their readme but it still hasn't worked. I'm having trouble with some race mods, in fact ever race mod I've downloaded. There are usually two problems and one turns into the other. The first problem is I get the 'no head and purple skin' problem, which is probably most common. The second is the mod works the first time I load up Oblivion but when I come back after saving and exiting the game problem one happens, or the body and all armor disappear completely but the weapon is still there and the game acts like the character is still there, and I have no idea how or why that is happening. Shadowstrike2 Posted April 4, 2010 Author Share Posted April 4, 2010 Yes I am positive I've extracted everything, I've even gone back and redownloaded stuff with no affect whatsoever and I have the latest version patch of Oblivion. What I don't understand, and want an answer for, is how the race mod works fine the first time but then acts odd the second time? It doesn't make any sense unless I missed something.
