Load Order Help!

I realize I'm running alot of mods, but the number of them hasn't bogged my computer down at all thus far. I've tried looking in FO3Edit for errors, and can discern that are some conflicts, but honestly beyond identifying that they're there I'm completely lost when trying to rectify them. I don't want to alter the esps themselves, I read that you can make a patch esp but have VERY limited understanding of the process from the instructions. I don't know what to do :(
