I was hoping someone could write it, or at least tell me how.The way it works is that when the player presses a button--let's say x--time slows down by a factor of three. This is essentially what DK_bullettime does.The difference, however, is that once time has slowed down, the player movement speed and the ROF and projectile speed for whatever gun he's using are multiplied by a factor of 4 or 5, making said player faster than the other entities while still providing some control. After a period of real time--say 5 minutes--both effects go away and the player is left severe penalties, such as minus 100 DR or somethingObviously, there would be some VFX and stuff like that.But is there any way this could be done?
