Missing all Script Effect Icons!

Alright so my problem here is that all of my spells which would have script effect icons now are completely blank. The biggest complication this makes for me is that I dont know when I have a special script effect spell(for example a Midas spell) or an actual original spell from the game equipped because it doesnt change the icon when I switch spells. This problem occurred a few days ago and although it really annoyed me I figured I could get over it after my failed attempts to fix the problem, alas I could not which is why I ask of any possible assistance in this matter and all help would be greatly appreciated. I believe this problem happened after I downloaded the mod Enchantment_Restore_Over_Time which also included an esp scriptIcon_replacer to help the mod run better. Since than I've uninstalled the mod, tried multiple script effect icon replacer mods which add a different icon in place of the Bethesda one but no matter what I try it just remains blank.

Your script effect icon seems to be missing - I foun it for you. Just copy this map into your textures.

Hmm, I did exactly that but still to no avail all my script effect spell icons are completely blank and I'm absolutely positive I don't have any files loaded that completely remove them because I searched through them all of them. Is it possible then that one of my mods is doing it which didn't say anything in the read me's about it removing the icon? Or would perhaps re-installing Oblivion maybe fix it?

One of your mods might indeed remove the icon, can you upload your load order?

I believe if it is due to one of my mods which has to do with altering the magic/spells of the game or how they work because it was those types of mods I was installing at the time of this problem. Is it possible for a mod to continue affecting my game(removing the icons) even after its been removed? Thanks for the help!

Okay so I finally figured out what was doing it but I'm not sure how to fix the problem. Apparently Deadly Reflexes was the mod that made them disappear. I have it right in the load order too so why it does that I have no idea...

Finally fixed my problem! I needed the hotfix for Deadly Reflexes is all!
