DeadYorick Posted April 5, 2010 Posted April 5, 2010 Okay I just reinstalled Fallout 3. Ready to start it up and... Right at the first screen, the "Please stand by". As soon as it's ready to go to the next one the game crashes instantly to desktop. It pissed me off quite a bit. Not running any mods to speak of. Anyone fix this sort of issue? I never had it before.

csgators Posted April 5, 2010 Posted April 5, 2010 If you move your "my documents\my games\fallout 3" folder somewhere else it will launch and re-create the folder, you can then move any saves you want back in. I have seen others post that removing or re-naming the ini files in that folder will also work but I haven't tried it.
