Hey,

I've been making a reskin all evening now, but I have hit one seemingly simple problem. The skin is on, it is its own race. I can play as it. It works fine. The problem is that at first the hands were just "normal human" colour, then I realised I didn't add a texture to the hands. Then I did... but now instead of matching the skin of the body... They are a crazy purple colour? I was wondering if anyone could help me at all. On the geck it looks perfect and even checked on the geck if it is the pipboy or pipboyglove that may be causing it. Still can't find the problem.

HELP PLEASE =/

Also this was the problem beforehand... but now they are the right colour, but ingame they are bright purple???

This is what it looks like ingame as you can see it works... just a shame about the hands

Vanilla hand exept handmale.dds (handmale_n.dds, handmale_sk.dds) also have handmale_1st.dds (handmale_1st_n.dds, handmale_1st_sk.dds).

Ok and how would I change them in Geck? I've changed the textures but dunno what to connect it to? Sorry I'm new to reskin of people =P

In GECK you heed to define only one "main" texture (say MyHandTexture.dds) in Race->Body Data->Left/Right Hand Texture. Any other textures (like MyHandTexture_n.dds, MyHandTexture_sk.dds, MyHandTexture_1st.dds,MyHandTexture_1st_n.dds, MyHandTexture_1st_sk.dds ) will be recognised automatically by name. And they need to be in same folder.
