Help with a shader problem.

So I decided to reinstall oblivion recently and start modding again (I have been for 2 years), and for some reason whenever I get hit in game, my screen flickers with what seems to be a random screen shot instead of using the slight blur hit shader that's default for the game. Im not sure whats causing this and wonder if anyone knows a way around this, and I've never had this problem before, there's always been a workaround for what Ive encountered.. I'm currently using

 

:Obliv.esm (course) and shivering isles

 

Enhanced weather

Cobl 1.72

Unofficial Obliv and SI patches

Phinix-waterfix

Animated Window Lighting System, with Illumination Within Textures

RAEVWD

Yet Another Blood Mod

Physical Throwable Crates

Ultimate 3rd Person Camera

 

Ive just started having this problem in the last day, and ive both installed multiple times, used backup installs and tons of other things, so now I'm focusing on my graphics mods... Help would be much appreciated as I have no idea what to do....

Id really hate to bump this but i just cant figure out the problem, if anyone can, please help.

Try looking in the archives of the mods you installed for any shaderpackage files (usually something like (shaderpackage001.sdp) Either one of these files got overwritten by a mod, or corrupted/removed somehow due to installing/uninstalling a mod. Unfortunately, I don't know enough to tell you how to fix the problem, so you may need to reinstall the game without overwriting the data/shaders folder.

Pretty sure, though I can't check on this computer as my browsing is rather severley hindered by websense (rrrrrealy need to find away around that... ahem) that you can download the default shaders from somewhere... there's a link in another thread I've seen recently about the grass turning into a picture of the map.

If you can get that package and just isolate the "on hit" shader, just copying that into your data/shaders folder should rectify your issue. Although that could be rather amusing, depending on what the screenshot that pops up is. (remember the little bloke that used to pop up in Mortal Kombat when you landed an uppercut? Thats what I'm thinkin here. :D)

The second seems to sort of fit the bill, Ill try uninstalling enhanced water.
