CTDs near chorrol

I'm having alot of CTDs near chorrol for some reason. if i walk in thorugh the gate it CTDs. if i fast travel in it CTDs when walking out. when i go to drop off the amulet of kings at weynon priory it CTDs on exiting the building. Iv tried turing off a few mods 1 at a time but it's still crashing. heres my load order

For a start, disable Streamline & Rens whilst troubleshooting. These mods make a whole heckuva lot of changes to a lotta things, which will likely make troubleshooting anything very difficult, though I'm not saying they are causing your problem. UV too adds a lotta scripting changes, but I don't think that could be causing this unless its a conflict with another mod. You can try for free I guess.

In fact, unless you're running on a low end system, think about loosing streamline altogether. On a higher end system its effects are next to non-existant, and on a mid-range system the 5 or 6 extra FPS in a fight outside really won't help you much.

Next, Look at location intensive mods. Particularly ones for the wilderness.

Diverse Waterlife & Wilderness life from MMM, extrerior actors have torches and no lights flicker would be my suggestions where to start. Where possible, remove the mods completely, don't just deactivate them, as most mods will still effect your game in some way, shape or form.

Time specific spawn or clutter. Something that was in the immediate area originally, but then buggered off... or maybe just "one of those things" ... approximately what game time was it?

Wonder around nearby places that you know NPCs go. If its a problem with one of the NPCs, unless he's a magic "walk through a door & cease to exist" type, you'll probably find him and crash when you try to enter the place where he is. That might help us at least identify the NPC and what mod the problem is related to.
