Rolav Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 been trying for the last few days to get Brothel of Cyrodiil mod to work, but everytime i load the game with the mod, the game freezes at the just as the creen fades to black a for the title screen to appear. i have removed all other mods and have using only the mods that are neccesary to run Brothel. I've tried installing each mod one at a time and play testing each mod and it only seems to mess up win i finally install Brothel (I install it last). i thought the problem was me messing up with OBSE on Steam (using version 18 beta 6), but it works with other OBSE required mods so that doesn't seem to be the case. the only things i can come up with are the followig. A: something is wrong with the load order, if this is the case can anyone recommend a load order for the mods? i was using OBMM, but im wondering if BOSS would be better for sorting out the order. B: maybe my comp is just too weak, i tried the low-mid patch, and that doesn't seem to do jack. C: Maybe this just doen't work with windows 7 (those of you who have got it working on 7 thing thats stupid, but im grasping at straws here) Any help would be greatly appreciated. bben46 Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 I have never used that particular mod s I don't know how much help this will be. A. BOSS is not perfect, but it is the best we have. Be sure to get the latest master list. B. If your sys runs the other mods, it should at least be able to run this one. But maybe a little slow on a weak computer. C. I run Win7x64 and have never run into a mod that it couldn't handle. D. It may be a problem with the beta version of OBSE. Try backing up to the latest stable V17. E.
